The story happens in the magic Lock Island where Franco rabbit lives with his friends peacefully. One day, Snake Lulu floats down from the sky who has a dream of getting rid of the horns on his head, and Franco rabbit as well as his friends determine to help Lulu realize his dream. When they hear that there is a desire stone in Arcadia which can help realize every dream, Franco and his friends leave Lock Island and begin their journey to Arcadia. They experience all kinds of difficulties and find the clues to enter Arcadia. They also find the amazing secret in the Lock Island where they have lived for years at the same time.
